Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental permission. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us at info@vislift.nl, and we will delete this information.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Vislift, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@vislift.nl. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card along with the request. Please black out your photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Vislift also wants to inform you that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How we secure personal data
Vislift takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
